How Atrax Started
Danyllo Silva founded Atrax Roof and Gutter in August 2018 with a crew you could count on one hand and a simple observation: most roofing problems on the Eastside were not caused by bad materials. They were caused by the gap between the person who sold the job and the person who did the work.
So Atrax was built without that gap. The people who quote your roof are connected to the people who install it. There are no subcontracted crews showing up unannounced, no project managers who have never been on a roof, and no warranty cards that route to a call center in another state.
Seven years later the team is 15 strong and the trucks cover Kirkland, Bellevue, Bothell, Redmond, and Seattle every week. The model has not changed: in-house crews, manufacturer-certified installation, and a 20-year workmanship warranty backed by people you can actually reach.
The name on the building matters here. When an Atrax roof has a problem, the same company that installed it comes back and fixes it. That is the entire business model, and it is why most of our work now comes from referrals and repeat customers across the Eastside.

In-House Crews Only
Every Atrax roof and gutter system is installed by our own employees. Same faces, same standard, every job. Subcontracting is how quality gets lost; we simply do not do it.
Repair When Repair Works
If a $400 pipe boot fix solves your problem, that is what we quote. Replacement gets recommended when the roof actually needs it, with photos to prove the case either way.
Photograph Everything
Every inspection produces a photo report you keep. Every quote is line-item. Every warranty is written. If a contractor cannot show you the evidence, you should not sign the contract.
Built for This Climate
158 to 172 rain days a year, heavy tree canopy, freeze-thaw on the high ground. Our material specs and ventilation details are calibrated for Eastside conditions, not national averages.

Dual certification means we install and warranty both major shingle brands, and we recommend between them based on your roof and exposure, not on which one we happen to carry.

Who owns Atrax Roof and Gutter?
Danyllo Silva, who founded the company in 2018 and still runs it day to day. He walks project sites and answers escalations personally.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. All 15 team members are Atrax employees. The crew that installs your roof is the crew that handles your warranty.
What areas do you serve?
Kirkland, Bellevue, Bothell, Redmond, and Seattle, plus surrounding Eastside neighborhoods. Based in Kirkland.
Are you licensed and insured in Washington?
Yes. Licensed, bonded, and insured with Washington L&I, with current workers comp and liability coverage on every crew member.
What does the 20-year workmanship warranty cover?
Installation defects on roof systems we install: flashing, fastening, sealing, and assembly. Material defects are covered separately by GAF, CertainTeed, or Nu-Ray manufacturer warranties.
Roofs and gutters: why both?
Because on the Eastside they fail together. A roof sized without its gutters in mind overflows fascia in the first atmospheric river. We design and install both as one water-management system.
