Hi all,   If you guys are looking for an experienced roofer, I recommend you call this company.  Atrax uses quality materials, they have been in the business for at least 5 years.  They assess and would give you good suggestions about how to fix your roof. Other roofing companies would pressure you to change your whole roof but not Atrax. Their  cost of materials and labor is almost 40-50% lesser than other companies and will not compromise the quality of materials and job they do. Danyllo and his team were great! I recommend Atrax to anyone needing roof or gutter repair/replacement. Our roof was reaching the end of its service life, and we wanted to replace the roof before we started having problems. Danyllo and his team first arrived at 8am on a Monday and Tuesday late afternoon they were completed. Their work is very detailed and went above and beyond what we expected. Danyllo is prompt, even with it being over a 2 hour drive to our home he shows up on times we discuss. Communication was great! He let us know he was on his way, and 15 minutes away. He confirmed everything with us. His estimate was exactly what we paid no games, or gimmicks. Danyllo was great, cant recommend Atrax enough! The work was done very well—really appreciated the pictures he took of the before & after on our roof. Very detailed and went above and beyond what was expected. I thought he would fix a few holes here and there where rats were getting into our house, and he did the whole roof! Now I can sleep soundly knowing our roof is solidly proofed for rodents! Best part was how prompt he was at getting back to us, and his communication overall. Atrax had reasonable pricing for the job but the professionalism, responsiveness and attention to every detail is what set them apart. We could not be happier. We worked with Luis who is experienced and always answered his phone! He came when he said he would and delivered what he promised. This company is a class act. This spring I noticed a number of waves in my 13 year old roof! What? Waves! We found that the b-vent (furnace flue) separated in the attic perhaps years ago creating moisture which turned to mold, ultimately rotting a large area of the plywood under my roofing. I requested quotes from 15 companies before finding four to come out and take a look, resulting in only two estimates. Obviously the job scared most of them away! ATRAX of Kirkland came through, willing to take on the project ultimately resulting in the best company for the job. Luis, the job supervisor was great to work with. The communication was great, consistently updating and educating regarding progress. Their quotes were detailed with measurements, slopes specific to the site. The crew was good at the job site which was cleaned up at the end of every day, and totally at the end of the project. The project did take a little longer than expected although the new repaired roof now looks great. I am happy with the outcome. ATRAX is a company that is good to work with. I woke up one rainy Saturday to a leak in my roof (new homeowner- two weeks after moving in). I called ~6+ local roofing companies claiming to be open on Saturday- Luis from Atrax was the only person to return my call. He showed up same day after several other appointments for a free inspection. I had no obvious problems, so he gave me a quote for some basic repairs (additional caulking around an old skylight, shinines, and replacing a few shingles) which seemed very fair (especially for a same day repair late on a Saturday). He was very thorough and ended up cleaning out some very clogged gutters. Had a decent rain since then with no problems. Invoice/payment was not as professional as it probably should be, but the price matched the quote so that's not worth taking a star away. A++ would call again.
